Eastern Tech Hub has been a key driver of local innovation in the Eastern Region of Ghana, with its primary base of operations in Koforidua, the region’s capital. After years of local initiatives, Eastern Tech Hub’s community has evolved into a regional center of innovation and knowledge creation, linked to the fast-moving world of global interconnectivity. Eastern Tech Hub has created a unique space for startups, entrepreneurs, academics, and micro small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to network and prosper. Its value-adding business support services contribute to the growth and globalization of technology-rich enterprises in an environment that promotes innovation and enhances competitiveness for knowledge-based businesses.
The core vision of our work has been to address Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through tech and entrepreneurial support focused on creating a pipeline of investment-ready startups (more than 70% women-led firms) and linking young people to employment opportunities.
