The Adwumawura Program is looking for hubs to train and mentor entrepreneurs across Ghana.

A flagship initiative by the Government of Ghana to create sustainable businesses and reduce unemployment.

Creating at least 10,000 sustainable businesses annually to generate 40,000+ jobs over four years
– Strategic Partnerships
Collaborating with 45+ Training centers/ hubs nationwide to provide comprehensive support
– Economic Transformation
Driving Ghana’s economic growth through youth entrepreneurship in key sectors
– Innovation Incubation
Supporting startups with training, funding, and technology integration

Who Can Benefit From Adwumawura
The program is designed to empower diverse Ghanaian youth across all backgrounds and sectors

– Technical/Vocational graduates
– School dropouts
– Youth with little/no formal education
All educational backgrounds welcome

Priority Groups
– Youth with no education/skills training
– Unemployed/underemployed youth
– Women and girls in male-dominated trades
– Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
– Rural and vulnerable populations
– Youth in conflict-affected areas
– Youth in illegal mining (Galamsey) areas
– Special focus on marginalized groups
