Brief Description

The Orange Corners acceleration programme in Ghana is an initiative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, implemented by GrowthAfrica, Africa’s foremost business accelerator in partnership with Fidelity Bank, Emergent Payments, Friesland Campina, Vivo Energy Ghana, Meridian Port Services (MPS), Koudijs, Peoples Pension Trust and Cargill. Our goal is to support the growth of ambitious entrepreneurs while helping to develop Ghana’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. To achieve this, we empower young entrepreneurs to formalise their ventures by offering a structured business acceleration programme. This includes access to capital, mentorship networks, and access to market opportunities.

Training details

Describe the format of your programme.:

The Orange Corners Ghana initiative spans a 6-month acceleration programme comprising five ‘3-day’ workshops spaced four weeks apart. It also involves post-acceleration in-business visits of over 9-12 months to facilitate the development and execution of growth plans, along with masterclasses and personalised coaching sessions. The programme also facilitates connections between the entrepreneurs and the private sector, providing avenues for accessing finance, notably through the Orange Corners Innovation Fund.
