With the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), the program integrates cutting-edge digital literacy, blockchain education, and research support, bridging academia with practical entrepreneurship.

Digishares contributes its expertise in tokenization and digital asset infrastructure, enabling transparent funding models for creative and urban projects.

Avoid Obvious Architects brings sustainable design thinking to shape Monart City’s physical and digital environments, ensuring every initiative aligns with ecological and human-centered principles.

Finally, Theia International supports the program’s global alignment connecting Monart City’s vision with international research, innovation networks, and investment opportunities.

Training Programme Overview

Monart City offers a set of structured courses under the Built By YouTH initiative, focused on:
• Regenerative architecture
• Cultural assimilation
• Community engagement

These courses are designed to address social-dislocation by enabling participants to collaborate and co-create sustainable urban and ecosystem-driven projects.

Format & Structure
• The programme includes a two-week introductory course, combining foundational theory with applied, hands-on training. 
• Learners will engage in interactive modules covering:
• Digital / emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain applied to urban systems)
• Design thinking & architecture (aligned with partner support)
